The bed was low for elderly like myself having difficulty in standing up , when I sit on the side of the bed .The bed frame can be higher by a few Centimetres higher .So that the legs will be in a 90 angle….

The location and friendly personnel (specifically a malay lady who gave instructions on using the self check in)
1. Space of the room, quite small for 2 beds and 2 persons 2. Maintenance, toilet door not properly shut and lock was not functioning 3. Overall cleanliness is acceptable but can be improved (there was a hair band, maybe from previous occupants)
